Repair for your product not possible somewhere else? We have a large range of repair services compared to other service centers, please contact us to see what we can do for you.
Check it for yourself! Our prices are sometimes up to tens of euros lower compared to the manufacturers or repair elsewhere. Besides of that we return repaired products for free within the Netherlands (insured and signed for delivery)!
A repair service at the official service centers is very expensive in most cases, and the service level is not always very good. More than 10 years ago this was the reason SPARK started their services and till today we prove that it can be much better. We save many costs, for example by using a unique optimized and fully automated online repair process. This results in competitive prices and besides of that the whole process from start to end is flawless and your repair won’t have any unnecessary delays.
After full investigation of the device we give a quotation free of charge. This enables you to choose whether you allow us to repair the device or not. Don’t you agree with the quotation and would you like to cancel the repair? In such a case you pay nothing except a low price* for returning your product.

Even after repair, we pay detailed attention to the product. Extensive testing of at least 1 hour ensures proper operation of the product. For some specific complaints we test even 48 hours after repair in order to be sure of proper functioning of all the functionality.
For almost all repair services we give a 12 month warranty on all replaced parts. In many cases this is even more than the official service centers. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the entire product we also give 1 month warranty on the entire operation.

You can contact your insurer or check the insurance policy to see whether you are insured for the defects or damage to your device.
Do you want a repair for the insurance? We can set up a quote for you so you can check with the insurer whether the repair is covered by the insurance policy. We always recommend to let us make a quote after a full investigation of the device by our engineers. This because of the fact sometimes afterwards more or just less damage is found than could have been thought initially. Let yourself also well informed by the insurer, as there is often a deductible or even a premium increase after declaration of the repair costs.
