You don't prefer to send your product by post? Looking for a fast and reliable service in the weekend? Every Saturday Spark Electronics offers a pickup service, and in most cases your product will be repaired and returned the same day.

Because we get many pickup requests for this same day service on Saturday, we offer a pickup service also on Friday evening between 19:00 and 22:00. Items picked up up on Friday will be delivered Saturday before 13:00 in general.

Pickup & Return

With the Pickup & Return service your product will be picked up for repair, and in most cases repaired and returned the same day. We offer this service every Saturday to a big part of the Mid/West Netherlands. Use the zip code check at this page to check if this service is available at your address.

What is the price for the Pickup & Return service?

The price for this service depends on the pickup address. Using the zip code check you can check the services costs for your address. In case the product will be repaired the same day, a delivery will be free of charge (if delivered at another address in a more expensive area, a fee might be charged). In case repair is not possible directly, your product will be shipped as soon as possible free of charge.

Please note this service is available in Amsterdam and surroundings starting from 0 Euro!


Pickup & Return not available at your address?

If Pickup & Return service is not available at your address you can sent your item at the post office and choose for return by Premium delivery for almost the same turn around time as our Pickup & Return service. For example, if you sent it on Thursday you can get it returned on Friday at the end of the day. Premium delivery is also available on weekdays so this 24h-service is available for repairs sent on Monday - Thursday. Another option is to use the pickup service on weekdays, which is also less expensive for addresses outside the region of Amsterdam.

At what time will the driver arrive?

After login click the repair in the overview of your account. Here you can check at which date and time the driver will arrive. The arrival time is visible when your pickup is scheduled by us. This will be the evening before the appropriate pickup date (normally before 9:00 PM), or within 3 hours if you scheduled a pickup for the same day. Please note if you scheduled a pickup for the same day, a driver may arrive in a few minutes if someone is nearby your address.

The expected arrival time of the driver is updated continuously at the appropriate pickup date, based on unexpected delays and traffic conditions. You can also get a SMS automatically with the expected arrival time, about 30 minutes before arrival of the driver.
