With ExpressPickup your repair will be picked up when it suits you. This pickup service is available from Monday through Friday.
With ExpressPickup your repair is picked up for repair and quickly delivered to us through our logistics network. Pickup is available from Monday through Friday at your home or at work. Really easy if for instance you don't have time to send the unit by yourself. Save time and costs: this service is now offered in more than 20 European countries and starting from EUR 4.99!
In case you didn't register your repair at our website already, you can do this at this page. Thereafter you can schedule your pickup online. When scheduling the pickup you can choose the pickup address, date and the desired time frame. You can then pack the product(s) for repair and print the shipping label. You can give the package together with the shipping label to the courier.
The cost for this pickup service is only 4.99 in the Netherlands. This is a flat rate for all addresses in the Netherlands, moreover, it does not matter how many devices you sent at once. Pickup on the Waddeneilanden is also possible, however please keep in mind that the shipment may arrive one day later to us. The cost for other countries can be found in the table below.

Besides our ExpressPickup pickup service, we also offer the 'Pickup & Return' service. This service is available on Saturday only, however in most cases we can repair and return the product after a few hours. The Pickup & Return service is only available in a portion of the Netherlands, for other differences see the table below.
